De här villkoren gäller när du använder Mentor Direkt — en tjänst driven av Org Fwd. Genom att börja använda tjänsten godkänner du dem.

Om tjänsten

Mentor Direkt är en AI-driven mentortjänst. Mentorerna Maja, Erik och Paul är AI-personas — noggrant framtagna och kvalitetssäkrade av svenska psykologer och coacher, men de är inte licensierade terapeuter, psykologer eller läkare.

Tjänsten är inte en ersättning för psykologisk eller medicinsk vård. Om du mår dåligt psykiskt, kontakta din vårdcentral eller ring 1177.

Vem kan använda tjänsten

Du måste vara minst 18 år för att använda Mentor Direkt. Tjänsten är tillgänglig via SMS, e-post och webben.

Pris och betalning

Mentor Direkt kostar 99 kr i månaden (early access-pris). Nya användare får upp till 14 dagar gratis — inget kort krävs för att börja.

Betalning sker via kort och hanteras av Stripe. Du debiteras aldrig automatiskt — när det är dags att ta ställning skickar din mentor ett meddelande med en länk. Inget händer utan att du aktivt väljer att fortsätta. Ingen bindningstid.

Avslutning av prenumeration

Du kan avsluta din prenumeration när som helst.

• Via SMS: svara STOPP i konversationen med din mentor.
• Via webben eller e-post: kontakta oss på support@mentordirekt.se så hjälper vi dig.

Avslutningen gäller från nästa faktureringsdatum. Dina data raderas på begäran — se avsnittet om dina rättigheter nedan.

Ansvarsbegränsning

Tjänsten tillhandahålls i befintligt skick. Org Fwd ansvarar inte för beslut du fattar baserat på råd från din AI-mentor. Mentorn kan ha fel, missförstå din situation eller ge råd som inte passar dig — precis som vilket annat samtal kan göra.

Vid psykisk ohälsa: kontakta din vårdcentral eller ring 1177. Din mentor är inte utrustad för kris- eller akutsituationer.

Dina rättigheter

Enligt GDPR har du rätt att ladda ner dina konversationer, begära rättelse av felaktiga uppgifter och begära att dina data raderas.

• SMS-användare kan hämta sin konversationsdata via gdpr-export.php.
• Webb- och e-postanvändare kan exportera sina konversationer direkt från chattgränssnittet.

Ändringar av villkoren

Vi kan uppdatera de här villkoren om tjänsten förändras. Vid väsentliga ändringar meddelar vi dig via SMS eller e-post i god tid innan de träder i kraft.

Tillämplig lag

Dessa villkor lyder under svensk lag. Eventuella tvister avgörs i svensk domstol.

Terms of Service

Effective from 1 May 2026

These terms apply when you use Mentor Direkt — a service operated by Org Fwd. By starting to use the service, you agree to them.

About the service

Mentor Direkt is an AI-driven mentoring service. The mentors Maja, Erik, and Paul are AI personas — carefully developed and quality-assured, but they are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or physicians.

The service is not a substitute for psychological or medical care. If you are struggling with your mental health, contact your GP or call the relevant emergency line in your country.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mentor Direkt. The service is available via SMS, email, and web.

Pricing and payment

Mentor Direkt costs 99 kr per month (early access price). New users get up to 14 days free — no card required to start.

Payment is by card and handled by Stripe. You are never charged automatically — when the time comes, your mentor sends a message with a link. Nothing happens without you actively choosing to continue. No lock-in.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

• Via SMS: reply STOP in your conversation with your mentor.
• Via web or email: contact us at support@mentordirekt.se and we will help you.

Cancellation takes effect from the next billing date. Your data will be deleted on request — see the section on your rights below.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. Org Fwd is not responsible for decisions you make based on advice from your AI mentor. The mentor may be wrong, misunderstand your situation, or give advice that does not fit you — just as any conversation might.

For mental health emergencies, contact your GP or local emergency services. Your mentor is not equipped for crisis or acute situations.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to download your conversations, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data.

• SMS users can retrieve their conversation data via gdpr-export.php.
• Web and email users can export their conversations directly from the chat interface.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms if the service changes. For material changes, we will notify you via SMS or email in good time before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.
