The employer can
never read
the conversations.

This is not a policy. It is an architectural guarantee. All conversations are pseudonymised — there is no technical path from an employer dashboard to a specific conversation.

That is what makes the product usable. An employee who suspects their employer can read their conversations will not share honestly. And a mentor without honest answers cannot help.

The employer sees only whether the service is being used — not what is said. That protects the employee and it protects you.

How it works

Three steps. Nothing else to manage.

You purchase seats

Choose the number of seats and billing period. Tell us your company email domain — employees sign up with their work address and we verify they belong to your organisation. No IT, no admin accounts.

The employee chooses their mentor

Four mentors with different voices and methods. The employee chooses who fits — and how they want to communicate: SMS, email, or web.

The mentor takes over

The mentor reaches out, asks questions, remembers what was shared, and follows up. You see aggregate statistics. The content belongs to the employee.

What you see. What you never see.

Your dashboard shows how the service is used — at aggregate level. No names. No content. No department-level breakdowns that effectively identify individuals.

The minimum unit for all aggregate views is the full licensed group. That is intentional.
