This policy describes how Mentor Direkt (operated by Org Fwd) collects, uses and stores your personal data.
Your data is used exclusively to deliver the service — that is, to allow your AI mentor to hold a meaningful, continuous conversation with you over time. We do not sell, share or use your data for marketing purposes.
Your conversations are never used to train external AI models — including the models that power Mentor Direkt. We use conversation data internally to review and improve mentor quality, nothing more.
Conversations are processed by Staik (AI inference infrastructure, Sweden). SMS messages are delivered via Twilio. Email is handled via Resend. These providers process your data solely to deliver the service and have their own privacy policies.
Your data is stored on servers in the EU (Hostinger). We keep your conversation history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

During the beta phase, all outgoing messages are manually reviewed before delivery to ensure the mentors maintain a high standard. After beta, we will continue to monitor a randomly selected sample of conversations for the same purpose.
Conversation content and contact details are stored separately — your phone number and email address are never in the same file as your messages (pseudonymisation). Anyone reviewing conversations sees message content but not your contact information.
Anyone conducting reviews is bound by a strict duty of confidentiality. Content is never shared with third parties and is not used for any purpose other than improving the service.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymised data about page visits and traffic sources. No personal conversation data is shared with Google. You can opt out using Google's opt-out tool.
